I can't thank you enough for making me feel like a million dollar
customer. The way he treated me you would think I was selling a million dollar
property when in fact it was just a piece of land worth $15,000. He also went
out of his way to go check the sign that he had a hunch it might have blown
over by heavy winds. Sure enough the sign was down, He texted me with updates
and offers the second he got them. He was like a "closing statement"
for me quoting exact figures that he knew were very important for me. He was
100% accurate giving me his honest opinions. He treated my closing like it was
the deal of a life time. He was very patient with me and listened to my needs.
I pulled his name out of a hat when I decided to list my lot. The minute I
spoke with him I felt he was dedicated and extremely knowledgeable in real estate.
But what I didn't know was that he was going to make it happen in a short time.
